You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service, regardless of whether gambling is legal at 18 in your jurisdiction. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Many jurisdictions restrict or prohibit sports betting. We make no representation that using our analytics for betting purposes is legal in your location.
You may not use this Service if:
Access to certain features requires an invitation code. Invitation codes are non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout) and charge the card on file the then-current price until you cancel. The price, billing period and renewal date are shown before you pay and on your receipt.
If you haven't had one before, a paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial (one per member). A card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the plan price when it ends and the plan renews automatically after that.
While DegenPicks is invite-only, a new member who joins with an invite gets 14 days of VIP access at no charge. No card is needed and nothing renews: when the 14 days end, the account moves to the Free plan unless the member chooses a paid plan. Members who joined before November 1, 2026 keep the access they were given during the beta.
Members on an active paid plan can share up to 3 Guest Passes in any 30 days. A Guest Pass gives a friend who is new to DegenPicks 30 days of the sharer's plan at no charge (Pro or VIP; a Whale's pass gives VIP). To start it, the friend adds a card; unless they cancel before the 30 days end, they are charged the plan's monthly price when it ends and the plan renews monthly after that. One free trial per person and per card: a card that already started a free trial cannot start another, and that trial is cancelled before any charge. Unused passes expire 30 days after they're shared and stop working if the sharer's paid plan ends. When a friend's first payment goes through, the sharer gets one month's credit on their next bill.
For yearly plans we email you at least 7 days before each renewal. If a free trial or free month (for example, a Guest Pass) will turn into a paid subscription, we email you at least 3 days before the first charge. Each reminder says how much will be charged, when, and how to cancel.
You can cancel at any time, online, in Settings → Membership → Manage subscription. Cancelling takes as few steps as signing up and doesn't require contacting us. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
If you're not happy, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of it by emailing support. Otherwise, payments aren't refundable except where the law requires. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription.
We'll tell you about a price change at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription. You can cancel before then.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, or betting advice. Any decisions you make based on information from this Service are made at your own risk.
